Bathroom Remodel Light House Community Church 2017
What clients say
To Whom it may concern,
We began a residential construction project with Heritage Home Works in August 2013. Our project was particularly challenging due to the presence of our existing house on the site. We had to be able to remain living in the old house while the construction of the new house was underway. The site was constrained by the existing buildings and by orchard trees that we were not willing to sacrifice. The water line had to remain in service but also be extended to the new house. The same was true for the sewer line, the propane and the electricity were totally separate services. No project is without problems, but when we did have an issue Dan and his crew took care of things in a very timely fashion. We also had a few problems with materials, but Dan got a hold of the subcontractors and even suppliers and got the problems fixed to our satisfaction. Overall we are very pleased with the end product. We felt that we had a good working relationship with Heritage Home Works, they were timely in their responses to our questions and not at all difficult to get a hold of. We have already recommended Heritage Home Works to our friends, and will continue to do so.
Started in 2002, Heritage Home Works began as the handyman business of Dan Harder as he was learning the ropes of the construction industry. It soon transformed into a fully fledged maintenance company, Maintenance Solutions. The name was a good fit, because as Dan learned and grew as a contractor, he developed a distaste for work that would need maintenance in the future. It was wiser to do good work with quality materials than to let an inferior job stand that would need more work in the future.
