Our roots in Newton are extensive. Our company founder lived in the city limits of Newton for the first five years of his marriage, previously living here for about five years before that. Our founder has purchased, renovated and sold approximately a dozen homes in the area. In addition, our founder was on the Newton Planning Commission for about 5 years, has sat on a non-profit board as well as the Code Review Board for several years.

At Heritage Home Works, we understand that this is a big project; there is a lot of information out there, and it can be difficult to make sense of it. Open & Spacious
Upon entering the home, you immediately find plenty of living room facing the kitchen. The area includes a gas fireplace with thin brick veneer, a custom mantel was cut from the property, milled down and kiln dried then put in place.
Clean & Functional
The kitchen has easy access to all appliances and ample countertop space with a large chef's range with pot filler and range hood vented to the outside.
Refreshing To Start & End The Day
We want you to most enjoy the master bathroom as a place to prepare for a wonderful day and relax after the day has gone by. Here we show a master bath with cozy shower and tub - perfect for relaxing!
More Than Meets The Eye
Here we show the clean and spacious dining room with large bay windows. A perfect place for inviting family and friends over to share a meal.
So Many Possibilities
The entertainment and relaxation will continue in the backyard. Here is a view from under the covered patio. The future pond area is in the background. It will be easy to see the enjoyment of these outdoor open spaces during all the seasons.
