A WONDERFUL TRANSFORMATION
Our roots in Newton are extensive. Our company founder lived in the city limits of Newton for the first five years of his marriage, previously living here for about five years before that. Our founder has purchased, renovated and sold approximately a dozen homes in the area. In addition, our founder was on the Newton Planning Commission for about 5 years, has sat on a non-profit board as well as the Code Review Board for several years.

This previous room was dated and now there is about 30% new space, along with a hidden feature to enjoy too.

At Heritage Home Works, we understand that this is a big project; there is a lot of information out there, and it can be difficult to make sense of it.

WORK BEGINS
We added space to increase the kitchen size by about 30%. Look closely at the design above to compare to the following image. This additional space was created in order to have a hidden pantry that you can not see when looking at the finished kitchen.
Open & Spacious
The enlarged kitchen allows for a larger island, bigger eating space, and spacious walk-in pantry. The old florescent light fixtures were removed and updated LED lighting were installed, including under cabinet lighting.
Clean & Functional
The remodeled kitchen has easy access to all appliances and ample countertop space with a range downdraft in the fore-ground. When needed, it slides up to provide better control of steam, classy while being very functional.
ANCHORING THE HOME
The design is fantastic, taking in cosmetic appeal, functionality and cleanliness. The cabinet doors on the far left open to a huge hidden pantry to allow plenty of out-of-sight storage.
More Than Meets The Eye
We were detailed oriented with this glass tile backsplash and TEC Silver Epoxy Grout with subtle sparkles in it. It looks great being highlighted by the under-cabinet lights.
So Many Possibilities
Remodeling a kitchen or any other room is more than just replacing outdated materials and accessories. Here we show the a slide-in chef’s range with plenty of working and eating space on the center island.
ENJOYMENT FOR YEARS TO COME
The existing hardwood floors were kept, and we added new flooring into the addition. The hardwood flooring was sanded and re-finished so there is no way to tell where one stops and the other starts! Quartz countertops provide long lasting, stylish, low-maintenance
surfaces to work off of!
