A WONDERFUL TRANSFORMATION
Our roots in Newton are extensive. Our company founder lived in the city limits of Newton for the first five years of his marriage, previously living here for about five years before that. Our founder has purchased, renovated and sold approximately a dozen homes in the area. In addition, our founder was on the Newton Planning Commission for about 5 years, has sat on a non-profit board as well as the Code Review Board for several years.
As a leading Home Remodeler and Home Builder in the in the area, we are excited to share this recent Kitchen Remodel project we completed for your neighbors in Newton.
A new back door provides better weather tightness and function to the most used entrance in the home. RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets provide a more economical, but still quality cabinet with plywood boxes, dovetail drawers, and solid wood fronts/doors. All the doors/drawers have soft close doors and drawers.
Open & Spacious
It was a bit challenging to create a functional space without losing any of the natural light from the windows. The old layout had the kitchen feeling very dark and disconnected/cramped. This new layout is much more open and airier.
Clean & Functional
Double ovens with a gas cooktop. The homeowner is an avid baker and loves to spend time in her kitchen.
MODERN APPEAL
Pantry cabinet provides better storage than the previous kitchen. The countertops are Silestone Quartz in the color Helix with a bullnosed edge.
Hidden in this cabinet is a mixer lift. This homeowners' love of baking has her using this mixer several times a week, and the heavy mixer is hard to manage. The mixer lift allows her to just pull it out on it's own platform, and then push it back down into the cabinet when done.
The farmhouse apron front sink provides great access and a larger working area than traditional sinks, as well as providing a stylish, country feel to the kitchen.
We enjoy paying attention to all details down to this backsplash that is 3x12 Marlow tile from Virginia Tile.
