Our roots in Newton are extensive. Our company founder lived in the city limits of Newton for the first five years of his marriage, previously living here for about five years before that. Our founder has purchased, renovated and sold approximately a dozen homes in the area. In addition, our founder was on the Newton Planning Commission for about 5 years, has sat on a non-profit board as well as the Code Review Board for several years.
As a leading Home Builder in the area, we are excited to share this recent Spec Home we built for your neighbors in Newton.
This Spec Home we built begins with us featuring a Cape Cod dormer with 8x8 Doug Fir Columns.

Upon entering the home, you immediately find plenty of living room facing the kitchen with an adjacent dining room and lots of views.

The kitchen has easy access to all appliances and ample countertop space in a dark quartz matched with a stainless steel sink.
Refreshing To Start & End The Day
We want you to most enjoy the master bathroom as a place to prepare for a wonderful day and relax after the day has gone by. Here we show a Master vanity and shower with view into the master bedroom.
More Than Meets The Eye
From the outside one may miss the additional space that is available in the basement. Here we show the clean, modern lines on the stairwell and main living area.
So Many Possibilities
The Basement is a hidden gem of every home. Perhaps you want to create an entertainment oasis. Or maybe you wish to create a combination of entertainment and living space for another guest bedroom. Either way, you can image finishing this area to whatever is most desirable. So while the majority of this project was a Spec Home Build, there is still plenty of opportunity to customize the build too. Here we show a bedroom waiting for finishes including a view of the 2nd basement bedroom in the background and a bathroom between.

The upper level deck has composite decking and there are large view out windows to provide plenty of light in the basement.
